It may be cosmetic but I like the silicone color of the back better than the standard green. More importantly, the RAM arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and worked in my HP Omen laptop with no BIOS adjustments. All I had to do was remove the old RAM (2 x 4GB) and replace it with the kit I bought (2 x 8GB) and I was good to go. From the first run I got full 3200 MHz. Would buy again in a heartbeat, also by key brand memory. With a critical order I got ddr3 ram instead of ddr4. The team group now has me as a customer.
