Review on C4 Carbonated Pre-Workout Energy Drink, Ideal for Both Men and Women by Ryan Hawkins

I've always liked the C4 brand and used to buy their supplements a lot. I got back to training and was looking for a good pre-workout drink and came across this list. What a surprise, C4 + Starburst! 0 sugar, 0 calories too - amazing! I ordered the lemon flavor first just to try it and wow it tastes just like Lemon Starburst. They really captured the taste. As for its main purpose - a pre-workout complex. I definitely feel the difference when I take it. The jar says beta-alanine, and admittedly I have no idea what it actually does. But they say you can tingle, and if you do, you'll get superhuman strength or some crazy marketing ploy. Of course, I didn't break walls or flip tanks like the Hulk, but I definitely feel tingly (in a good way) and I love it because I know he's really doing what he's supposed to do. So now I'm having a pre-workout drink and when I feel a tingle I know it's time to start. Anyway I'm looking forward to drinking this as the taste is amazing and it really inspires me to work out during the day because I like the taste so much! Great work by the C4 team, I hope this partnership continues!
