I like that you can book tickets online without having any contact with them! It's so easy for customers who want their information in order when they buy from us or use our services as well; we don't have problems handling it all internally anymore via email/phone calls because of this system which is very convenient also since most people are used now to using internet for everything (including ticket booking). There isn't anything really bad about globaltix but sometimes if there was an option available through phone number other than chatbot would be great - perhaps some kind of call centre service? The best thing however is how user friendly the platform itself feels once its set up right (also make sure someone will train you during setup process before launch!) We're solving issues regarding time zone differences between US & Europe by making our clients aware earlier that certain events might not fit into daylights savings timespan hence affecting availability at exact same moment around globe.
