Great ticketing experience, even better customer support

I like that you can book tickets online without having any contact with them! It's so easy for customers who want their information in order when they buy from us or use our services as well; we don't have problems handling it all internally anymore via email/phone calls because of this system which is very convenient also since most people are used now to using internet for everything (including ticket booking). I like that it is very simple for booking multiple events at once and you can easily make changes if needed without needing an expert in the system. Also the customer service team are amazing! They always reply quickly and they will help with any issue or question you may have. The only thing i dislike about this platform is how slow it sometimes takes to process payments. Sometimes we would receive payment but not be able to see our ticket until much later. This was never really a problem as…

Overall, useful tool to make ticket buying and managing more efficient

I like that it is easy for our clients with travel booking software (such as Amadeus) because they can easily view all of their upcoming events in one place without having access via email or phone calls from them! It's not always reliable when we need an account manager/agent who will take care if us during peak season times - so be prepared!! Also sometimes there are issues trying t get tickets into my computer after purchase but usually once logged out everything works fine again though this
