I like that it is easy for our clients with travel booking software (such as Amadeus) because they can easily view all of their upcoming events in one place without having access via email or phone calls from them! It's not always reliable when we need an account manager/agent who will take care if us during peak season times - so be prepared!! Also sometimes there are issues trying t get tickets into my computer after purchase but usually once logged out everything works fine again though this may vary depending upon what website you're using at home vs work? Sometimes things don't update properly unless refreshed several time which takes some getting used too since most people aren't very good about waiting until refresh before clicking next page etc... The ability tot see past event information makes planning easier than usual also helps me keep track of cancellations / postponements ect..
