I like that it is very simple for booking multiple events at once and you can easily make changes if needed without needing an expert in the system. Also the customer service team are amazing! They always reply quickly and they will help with any issue or question you may have. The only thing i dislike about this platform is how slow it sometimes takes to process payments. Sometimes we would receive payment but not be able to see our ticket until much later. This was never really a problem as long as we were given credit within 24 hours of purchase which usually happened anyway. We use global tickets to book all of our tours around Australia including coach trips, walking tours, daytrips etc. It makes managing everything so easy especially when there's lots going on.
