No instructions

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Instructions are not included. The sticky pieces caught, and when I pulled them apart, one left fingerprints on the sticky side and the other was covered in lint. A complete mess. I would have sent it back for a refund but everything was so sticky and messy I couldn't even repackage it to send it back. Aggravating.
