This item is amazing. I am famous for my intricately carved vegetables and fruits and I take great care of them. With a little practice, you can use this product to make truly amazing carrot flowers as easy as sharpening a pencil. I've found that it's best to make a long curl so that it wraps around itself 5 or 6 times, forming a beautiful flower. Be sure to place the flowers in an ice water bath to help them hold their shape. Ideal for salads together with cucumbers, tomatoes and radish blossoms.
