Exact replacement for OEM part. worked fine I have a 2006 Kia Sedona, my left passenger door didn't open automatically, but it did close automatically if you helped a little to get it running on the track. Usually the problem is in the motor as these dc motors have brushes (all dc motors have) and over time they will wear out completely or lose proper contact with the armature creating high resistance preventing the motor from producing rated torque. Even if the motor spins a little with little or no load, it no longer attempts to engage the door latch mechanism. If the cable doesn't snap or come loose, 9 times out of 10 your gate will automatically move again when you swap out that little motor.
