i got these to hang up two ladders in the garage and some small tolls. I received the hooks and they were fine but all the screws were missing, the anchors were there, but no screws. I contacted the seller to get the screws and didn't hear anything back after a week so went and purchased the screws at the hardware store. After putting these up, I can tell you they work great and did exactly what I was hoping. If it weren't for the missing screws it would have been a 5 star product. Ironically on the day I put these up the seller refunded me $5 for the missing hardware.
