Review on ๐ŸฅŠ Black Canvas Punching Bag with Chains by Life Gears: Enhancing Your Workout Routine by Charles Alvey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The Life Gears canvas punching bag with chains is a great investment.

Ideal for those looking for an affordable, durable heavy duty canvas bag with no padding. Fill it light or heavy, this bag will stand up to many good workouts. Before filling the bag, find out which material is best to use. Straight sand or dense sawdust works well but will settle and make the bag heavy and difficult to hit. Old fabric and rags are good packing materials, but keep the bag light and with padded pockets. I have found that filling 1 gallon pouch storage bags with sawdust or shavings works very well. Some research suggests sealing filled gallon bags with tape for added protection, but I recently removed the packaging to increase bag density, and out of dozens of filled bags, only one broke. What has been suggested, and so far I've found it works, is to find clean shavings or sawdust. Remember that chips are thicker, lighter and take up more space. Lean towards the CLEAN saw. Dust, if any. Fill 2 1-gallon bags 3/4 full. Deflate and seal. Lay them evenly on the bottom of the bag. Fill them in with a layer of fabric material. Now repeat this until you reach the top of the bag and you can close it. It's VERY IMPORTANT to make sure you compress each layer as you go. This ensures even padding throughout the pouch. Note that some of the material may fall out of the bags when squeezed. All is well. Still better than pouring it freely. If I had a seat I would buy a dozen for gifts for less than 20.00. Treat it like any other device and you will enjoy it for a long time.
