I really like that you can do so much with this software! You are able find all kinds things (reports/billing info) in one program instead having different programs for each thing we want information about our clients records. It's difficult if someone else uses it too because they may have access your account without being aware or knowing what data will be uploaded into their own accounts. If anyone has an issue logging in after several months of using them maybe there was some sort of problem before but once again - just use another website and transfer files over when needed then log back right away!! Great way to store client paperwork at home while still providing quality work product for both parties. I like that you can do so much with this software. You have everything here! From intake to discharge, all the way to billing. It's very helpful for tracking different patients. The interface isn't always easy to navigate which makes it sometimes hard to find what you are looking for. Also, some of the reports aren't as user friendly. There are many different reports you can use with this program. I think it has helped me track all my patient information at once.
