I bought this because *I* love a bath, but the water in my apartment is a little warmer than warm; Uncomfortable for showering but impossible for bathing. I had an accident carrying boiling water upstairs to heat water (I love baths), it could have been a lot worse but I was so scared I never did it again. Despite my general hesitation about the power/water combo, I decided to give it a try and am very glad I did. Although I think the temp is high enough for most people after 30 minutes or an hour, crazy hot baths so I let it heat up for an hour and a half. I have no problem with this deadline as I can do other things and not be tied to a tub or kettle. My bathroom outlet has a "mini switch" and I've had no problems with it. above the cylinder. As silly as the whole situation may sound, I'm so glad I have this thing and hopefully it helps someone else in a similar situation.
