I like the depth of the baking sheet, it's perfect for a lot of things, one thing that has been great is baking chicken Legs. The excess sauce and drippings have a place to stay instead of spilling over the edge.For baking, this has been great because Cookies haven't stuck to the sheet and the cooling rack wis a nice perk.
