Good knives at a reasonable price.

We've had these for a few months now. I bought these to replace our 8 year old knives that were no longer able to hold their edge. I wanted some quality knives but couldn't afford to spend a lot of money on "professional" quality knives. We were very happy with that! The handles are ergonomically correct and are comfortable to hold. They are easy to sharpen to a good edge and then hold the edge. I know I'm not supposed to wash knives in the dishwasher, but I do - I'm living in reality! They come out of the dishwasher great. We are very happy with this purchase.
