So far, so good. - L-Lysine

I've just started taking these tablets, so all I can tell you is this: (1) Many of these immune support products are in Available in powder form, large pills or gummies, but these pills are easy to swallow; and (2) you have the option to take them once a day, which makes taking other products much easier. I will update with / how effective soon!
