I like that it is easy in terms of collecting all relevant data for our clients. They also have many different ways you can send your claim, which was not available before. It's good if you don't know how much time or money you need to spend with filing each type of claim since they take care of most things so you focus more attention elsewhere as well. The only thing we dislike about this software are their customer service reps who sometimes do not answer questions properly. We used them when my husband lost his job due to medical issues. He has been out of work now for over 6 months because he cannot continue working until after surgery! Their insurance denied payment stating there were no benefits for him during those times where he needed help the most. However, this system helped us find proof showing exactly what days/dates he couldnt.
