Some low quality foil pans have sharp edges on the rim of the pan. The rim of this shape has a rounded edge, making it safer and easier to use. This pan is perfect because its walls are nearly vertical and deep enough for a nice stack of layers, making it great for making lasagna for two, and since it's about twice as long as it is wide, you get two perfectly square servings from this pan. . All in all, these foil baking pans are excellent quality and can be used to bake a variety of things, ideal for bread making. I've also made cornbread and it's excellent. Highly recommended.
