I like how easy it was for me to use this software compared with other ticketing systems we've used beforeAnswer Dash has been very helpful when dealing with our customers and solving issues they have regarding my business services! It really helps us keep track of all incoming calls/inquiries from clients or potential clienteles.

Sometimes there are times where you need more help than what your employees provide but not always possible due to busy work schedules. We're able to solve any issue without having to wait too long because everything gets answered within 24 hours no matter if its day or night so far away or closeby depending upon location.
