Excellent Solution For Online Customer Surveying

I especially liked how easy it was for me to learn this software after watching several videos from them. There were no tutorials provided other than what you could find through viewing YouTube or searching online themselves with little success; hence more training would have been helpful because there isn't much you can do if things are not clearly explained like they were here! Easy Platform With Great Customer Service

I like how easy it was for me to use this software compared with other ticketing systems we've used beforeAnswer Dash has been very helpful when dealing with our customers and solving issues they have regarding my business services! It really helps us keep track of all incoming calls/inquiries from clients or potential clienteles. Sometimes there are times where you need more help than what your employees provide but not always possible due to busy work schedules. We're able to solve any issue
