Excellent Solution For Online Customer Surveying

I especially liked how easy it was for me to learn this software after watching several videos from them. There were no tutorials provided other than what you could find through viewing YouTube or searching online themselves with little success; hence more training would have been helpful because there isn't much you can do if things are not clearly explained like they were here! This platform allows us to collect data about our clients quickly without having staff dedicated solely to collecting such valuable info. It also improves client service and gives better insight into who we need to target when advertising which helps greatly improve profits overall. I like how easy it is to use this software, and how simple it was to integrate with our existing website. We are able to add surveys to our site without having to create an entirely new platform. The integration process took only about 15 minutes after contacting the developer. They were very helpful! There isn't much I dislike about this software. It works great and has been extremely beneficial to our sales team. We have seen a significant increase in revenue since we implemented this software.
