Cool watch for those who take care of themselves and their health. Practical, easy to use. No need to carry your phone with you when you go for a run, all notifications come to the watch. I like that the watch keeps track of pressure and heart rate during training. You don't have to stop for this. That's how I found out that my heart rate was going through the roof while jogging :( I had to temporarily reduce the intensity of training.
