Don't use a percussion gun, it will break the screw, but the puller is strong and didn't even leave a mark, the thread was in perfect shape, but the screw was burned. So don't be impatient. After borrowing one from Advanced Auto and simply using their bolt with a regular socket wrench, it took about 5 minutes to remove the pulley. I ordered the cheaper one just because of the screw. The pushers/bars and the rest of the tool work great. I just got a little cocky and pointed my air pistol at him, bad idea! I'm sure if I hadn't abused it it would still be in perfect condition.
