Lovely dress, definitely runs small. I ordered a size 0 for my 13 year old daughter. She is 30"-23-33", 97# and 5'3.5". would be 26C if they made bras that small), she is very small and I think someone more developed is going to this dress I expect the distress won't fit within a year if it keeps growing.(Its size aside, it fits a size 14 baby clothes easily, and usually we have to buy thin pieces if we can find long enough pieces.) This dress was an AWESOME find for her and looks amazing I hope she gets a few wears before it gets too small.
