Call Center Studio - Easy to use and quick results

The ease at using this platform from start till finish has been amazing! We have had people join our team within an hour after we launched it out into production for new hires so far its great!! They also help you through everything as well if needed but I would say they do answer all your questions pretty quickly too :) Would love more integrations like salesforce etc..

But other then thats no complaints really just wish there was something else available besides SalesForce integration because i dislike them :/.

Pros
  • Easy enough to use
  • Flexibility in customization options is awesome (especially with call center tools)
  • Helps get users up n running quicky easy way around that hard part which can be daunting when getting started
  • Allows seamless transfer between agents depending their skill set or experience level, making sure everyone still gets what needs done without wasting time trying things again until someone knows
