I can honestly say that there was not one thing about this agency or our experience with them! They were always responsive when we needed something done for us quickly - whether it be an update post-launch or just some work they could do pro bono before launch. The best part? It's been 2 months since release day (and almost 3 years from inception) but every time someone asks me what my favorite feature/thing has been so far as a user, its ALWAYS "Pepper". We have no issues at all working through any problems along the way.
