defective filter; 3 week lifespan

Failed after 3 weeks. The internal filter cloth has failed causing the water to turn brown throughout the house (see photo). As others have noted, there was no "Level 1" label on the filter or packaging.

Pros

MANY NUMBERS AND MODELS REPLACEMENT PART: This filter is comparable to many 10" x 4.5" 5 micron carbon filters
