Durable but with some downsides.
I love the idea of wringing out tofu conveniently without wasting a lot of paper or cloth towels or making a big mess on the countertop. However, the instructions state that for best results, tofu should be left in the press in the fridge overnight, which poses problems for those of us who don't plan meals more than a few hours in advance. The spring is weak, the locks don't work. In addition, this product offers good value for money, especially for those who use tofu regularly and not from time to time like me.
