Excellent study guide.
I found I had almost 0 lags. That's why my swing speed has dropped so much over the last 2 years. With this trainer I could analyze what I'm doing wrong and try different things. What I found was that I wasn't using my hips like I should. After the correction I can now get a lot of trainer lag and I'm sure my swing speed is back to where it was before. I'll carry this in my warm up bag on set 1. I can't wait for better weather to apply what I've learned to the track!
