It is an excellent tool to understand our users' behavior, profile them in detail etc using all relevant information from CRM or any other social media source like Linkedin/Facebook/Twitter that we have created within this software itself! There are no downsides for me so far since it does its job quite well as expected but I am looking forward towards new features which may include;- New API's integration with 3rd party providers.- more accurate segmentation feature by analyzing user data obtained through different channels such as eCommerce platforms & online marketplaces (like OLX) alongwith LinkedIn data - This way of obtaining insights could enable us obtain better results compared across traditional marketing methods where you buy lists.- More reports customization options available which will improve my experience regarding what type of report can be generated at multiple levels:- basic level,- detailed list viewˤdashboard viewing mode-.etc.. Overall very satisfied overall experience while working here especially when i started out just having little idea about how useful analytics tools really were back The ability to search across multiple channels and to visualize the data. The ability to filter and segment the data. The ability to see the data from different perspectives. The ability to do multiple views of the data. The ability to export the data to Excel. I would like to be able to add custom channels to the platform. I would also like to be able to see the data in different ways. For example, I would like to be able to see my data in a pie chart or a bar chart.
