A tool worth investing money: Smartlook
The most obvious benefit I have realized by using this software is that it helps me to identify the problems in my application with 100% accuracy. It also provides tips and suggestions which are very helpful when you need them. There is nothing much which I dislike about this software. I would like to add one thing here that sometimes it takes time to understand the logic behind certain features. If you want to know what your customers really want or how they act upon your website then go for these tools which provide you complete information within few seconds. It provides you insights into user behavior which leads to better product development.
