The device I received is not working on my 2019 iMac
When the device is connected to the computer via USB A, Disk Utility detects it but the disc I inserted does not play. and the disc will not eject. When the device is connected to the computer via the USB-C port, Disk Utility will NOT recognize it and the inserted disc will not play, but will be selectable. The website for the device is not provided. Overall very disappointed!
