Simple mechanics made from cheap rusted parts
Had to take it apart at least 10 times just to connect the heating element which turned every time water filled the shower head. This stops continuity and prevents power from being connected to heat the coil. I ended up ordering a replacement and the same thing. The additional instructions on the packaging are in Spanish only, and after using Google Translate it became clear that these instructions also apply to non-Spanish speakers. Junk and not easy to assemble. The wiring harness doesn't hold the wires well either. The screws pop out of the plastic when tightened. The only advantage of this product is that when it heats up after installation, it offers a nice cold shower! boo hiss
