I ordered the wide one because it was in stock. They are NOT wide, they are narrow. They are extremely uncomfortable. You hurt my legs. I put them on a couple of times hoping they would stretch but it didn't work. I waited too long to come back and I wore them. If you have narrow feet, you can wear them. They are lightweight which is nice. However, they certainly don't have much padding. If I throw in some pads and get creative with tying, I can wear them for a short time. They probably aren't made for long hikes, runs, or long walks. They are out running errands.
