Review on ORICO Nylon Protective Carrying Protector by James Small

Why I bought it: I recently bought a laptop with a couple of hard drives that I ended up wanting to use as external drives but wish they were a little bigger. additional protection than just an external hard drive enclosure. My observations: I love that I have multiple color options and red just appealed to me. It didn't hurt that they offered an external drive case that was a very good fit. When I opened it up, I noticed that there is a small mesh on one side that helps hold a cable or two, or you can put a hard drive and case inside to keep it from falling out. Pros: This is a good hard case with sidewalls. with a strong zipper that extends more than 3/4 of the body length. It's about 1 inch thick, so a couple of drives will fit in if you have any, even if they're in cases. I actually have 2 laptop sized drives with some short cables. Not so good: I wish there was a way to close the case and let the drive cable out. If you position the drive properly in the case, the best you can do is zip it in and leave the cable out, but it's not as intended. Conclusion: All in all it does what I need. make. When you need to safely transport a drive or two, you'll find this case will do the job.
