*update: The company contacted my issue and wanted to resolve it after I posted my review. They were nice and wanted to solve my problem. They gave me different ways to solve this problem. I had no intention of interfering as it was such a minor inconvenience (latch) that I didn't even bother, but they were. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of customer service! *original* The nose ring I received was too big in diameter (10mm) for my septum, entirely my mistake when ordering. The back rings kept getting stuck in my piercing hole. The lock actually worked very well, I had no problem feeling like it was about to open. It just wasn't for me.
