Advantages:1. price2. Fits (one gasket was a little torn but it worked) Cons: 1. The nuts supplied are small and inferior to the factory nuts. Mirrors don't fold (although they should). Trying to fold them up just made me think the inner plastic would crack. I had other replacement mirrors and the splines on the plastic broke off when rotated. Don't try to fold them. As you can see in the photo, the 3 nuts provided are small. They will work but they are not the same size as the OEM. The top two OEM nuts are flanged washer nuts, which are much larger in diameter. The nuts in the kit are much smaller and are lock nuts. A smaller size works but doesn't offer more purchase/work area than OEM.
