Seriously, whatever you put in this powder it has to be a controlled substance because this shake is highly addictive! Seriously, I've tried dozens of protein shakes and while I like them at first, I get bored after a few days/weeks. Every cocktail I've tried before this brand got too sweet. A sweet candy that makes me hate and my taste buds twitch. I wake up craving spirutin and one shake lasts half a day, sometimes even for lunch! I don't feel bloated or overly full - I just feel content and energized. I love it so much I should probably go to rehab.
