I'm 18 and expect a 30 inch waist from the size chart.
As a result, they have a 36 inch waist and their legs are very wide, although they are "skinny."

- My son is not a jeans baby but he loves these jeans! They fit him perfectly at 4ft 10in, 90lbs, size 12.
