I really liked that this stand can be extended higher than many others I've considered, but it can't hold a lot of weight. I put my iPad mini on the stand and it collapsed. I had to tighten the bolt EXTREMELY to hold the weight and eventually it starts to loosen and then breaks. I decided to switch to another product as this stand was too unreliable for video calls. UPDATE: Excellent customer service. When they saw my review they contacted me for a refund and advised me to fix this issue for future products.
