Purchased to expand my wife's laptop from 4GB to 8GB of memory (one memory slot). The physical installation of the module is easy, opening the laptop can be difficult depending on the model. Since it was significantly cheaper than Crucial's equivalent module, I ran a standalone memory test on the system overnight after installing it. There were no mistakes. Basically, I am very satisfied with the module.
