Review on Occidental Leather 5046 Clip Holster: Premium Organizer for Efficient Tool Access by Justin Woolley

I received my new tape cassette today. I am very happy that he exists. I bought it to replace another Occidental Leather Case. I was a little disappointed that the other one wore out after only 40 years of daily use! This one seems to be built the same as the previous one, so it will most likely outlive me! The new one fits perfectly with the 25ft Fat Max and fits on the tape measure with or without a belt clip. I prefer to use it without the clip as the pocket is for that and for me it simplifies the repetitive process of removing and reapplying the tape and it doesn't catch the clip on the pocket. The fit is comfortable as the case is new. After a week or two of use, and it will likely absorb quite a bit of sweat, it will be silky smooth from that point on. After a few weeks I'll put a small leather bandage on top to keep sweat and moisture from seeping into the skin and rotting. Occidental makes a great product. It took 40 years for the first to wear out. Few other things can be used 5 days a week as long as they don't wear out. Definitely worth the price paid!
