Review on Sun Visor for Golf, Tennis, Running, All Sports - No Headache Round Brim by Dave Hammon

I have purchased many of these no-headache sun visors over the years and have been very happy with them. I recently bought a new black visor and it arrived the next day and it was great. However, I found the regular padding sewn into the edge of the visor that touches the forehead was not quite the flat pad is typical of my other visors, but more of a raised little lump of foam that is annoying. After wearing the visor for some time, it not only leaves a visible red mark on the forehead, but sticks out so much that the entire visor forms a gap between itself and the entire forehead. It looks a bit weird and also lets the sun through when it's not supposed to. In all honesty, this is the only time I have received one of these visors with such a defective foam pad. I hope this is not a new design, just a bug in the visor I received.
