As they say, the taste and color . who like what. This set suits me. I recommend.
Has some pros
I tried many different vitamin complexes. England, Germany and these America. The last ones are hooked. The state of health has improved both emotional and physical.
Some cons:
no flaws. Ask the store for the expiration date before buying.

Got pros: I take 1 vitamin a day in the morning, for a month, then I take a break for 2-3 months. Perfectly energizes, lasts until the very night. Got cons: Sometimes there is heartburn, it is better not to drink after dinner, sleep may be lost

Some pros: Excellent vitamin complex. I drink on the 1st, in the morning. Well invigorates and improves tone, improves well-being. Cons: Big pills, hard to swallow.
