My issue has been resolved. 91' Ford F-350 7.5L Gas
There was a problem with the fuel supply to the engine. Sitting with the engine off was fine, but there was a stutter when switching to the rear tank. Replaced the fuel filter with this fram and was happy as a clam. Best of all, it includes replacing the plastic clips that are almost guaranteed to break upon removal.
