Mismanufactured, water inlet valve strip
Item arrived intact. ONLY noticed during installation that the threads on the water inlet valve on the toilet were cut off. So badly disassembled that the original no longer fit and had to be replaced. Used a different connection and worked great. I tried again and couldn't thread the thread easily.
