The ability for users with little coding experience or computer knowledge to be able to create custom forms, reports, etc., that are easy enough for even nontechnical people to use without having to hire someone else to do it. I have been using this product since 2008 when we first installed it at my previous employer (a large manufacturing firm). We were given training by our IT department but many of us didn't take advantage of those resources because they seemed like overkill. Now as an independent consultant working from home most days I'm not always available during normal work hours so being able to access the system remotely has made life easier than if I had to go into the office every day. It's also nice knowing all data can now easily be backed up online instead of going through several different programs just to back things up locally. This isn't really anything specific - other then maybe.
