Quality control, design flaws make installation/operation difficult

I installed it on drywall, not a smooth surface with tape. I've encountered these issues, all of which stem from poor quality materials, incorrectly sized materials, and overall custom design. and other hand tools. Here are the problems with the first one (I'm still too pissed to post the second one): 1. Drywall anchors are very cheaply made and won't fit the 7/16" hole nor the 1/4" hole in drilled the wall. They should not be made in metric sizes for the US market.2. Dowels are not designed for screws. One of the screws was pushing the anchor through the wall, so I had to find a way to attach the screw securely enough to hold the strip. There should be a third mounting screw on the bottom of the bar or a way to more securely attach it to the wall. Every time the knife is pulled back, the bar will come loose from the wall a little bit because the anchor bolts are on top and nothing is preventing the underside of the bar from moving. It won't stay in place for long. (I could try putting duct tape along the underside of the back panel, but I don't have high hopes for that.) Personally, I'd rather see two screws on each end of the duct tape to hold it in place. securely in place. I don't care if the screws are visible. The point is to keep my knives and tools safe before they look slick. I wouldn't buy them again (and won't if they fail).
