Dead on Arrival (DOA)
I bought this timer in anticipation of a project which of course I was aiming for, if anything goes wrong it will be bad if you are away from home :) , still have I didn't test the timer before project time (my mistake), got to the site and installed everything needed for installation, connection time, the timer was completely dead. I did this job a few weeks after purchase and can't easily request a new one from revain so i'm writing this so i can contact bestten customer service for a free replacement service as per the card provided in the box. Let's see when I get my ban.
