I bought this timer to replace an old broken timer. It worked perfectly. I used it to turn my outdoor Christmas lights on and off. All I had to do was plug it in, choose if I wanted the light to stay on from dusk to dawn, from dusk to 8am. ,,,6 hours, ,,,4 hours. Much easier than my old timer

I was disappointed when the product had a delay in delivery because I use it to control my Christmas lights in the front of my house. My previous experience of "late" meaning REALLY LATE or didn't show up at all. I am pleased to report that it arrived the next day and appears to be everything that was stated. Very well done.

Worked well for the first two weeks but it was very rainy and humid. Now it suddenly won't turn on at the set time. I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in. This will reset it and make it work again, but you don't have to do this all the time, I think I may have a faulty device. So I don't recommend it as there's a 50/50 chance of getting one that works. I give him four stars for the two weeks he rocked. Hope that helps

I bought this timer in anticipation of a project which of course I was aiming for, if anything goes wrong it will be bad if you are away from home :) , still have I didn't test the timer before project time (my mistake), got to the site and installed everything needed for installation, connection time, the timer was completely dead. I did this job a few weeks after purchase and can't easily request a new one from revain so i'm writing this so i can contact bestten customer service for a free…

I love this timer. Works great. And now that I've been away from home for a few weeks, I could leave the Christmas tree and lamp on, safe in the knowledge that they'll turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn. I didn't get the remote with mine, and I'm pretty sure I didn't order the one that came with the remote, so I was surprised when I saw the question. The timer was very easy to set up and connect. It was worth the money for the peace of mind I had and the lack of energy it took me to bend down

Worked great. for the first three months. The photoreceptor suddenly stopped working. I installed it outside and hooked it up to a string of lights that lined the sidewalk to the driveway where we parked. The lens above the photoreceptor seemed really dirty, but after trying to clean it I realized the dirt was in there. The lens is just a disc of plastic stuck on with an adhesive that popped right out, and that's when I discovered that not only was the inside of the lens covered in dirt, but…
